I have always wanted to cruise. I didn’t know how and I didn’t know when, but I knew I was going to set sail at some point in my life. In 2022, I told myself I was going to go on a cruise within the next year. I started researching and looking into it. The more I researched, the more I realized cruising is not like any other kind of vacation. It takes planning. It takes organization. It takes having the right items to make your cruise comfortable and amazing. Not to mention there are several cruise lines to choose from. I decided to go with Carnival Cruise Lines. My first cruise was in August 2022. I set sail on Carnival Radiance to the Mexican Riviera. It was only a three-day cruise. I didn’t want to take a long cruise at first. I wanted to test the waters first. Well, needless to say, I WAS HOOKED! IMMEDIATELY!
The ocean, the sights, the ports, the food, the parties, the activities, and the vibe was AMAZING! I had planned on going solo, but my cousin and her friend came with me. We had a great time. My cousin and her friend smoke, so I spent too much time on that smoking deck… but I still had an amazing time with them. My first cruise was a success and started my love of the sea. We went to La Bufadora (one of only three blowholes in the world) in Ensenada, Mexico, and the marketplace was pretty nice. When I say everyone is offering you tequila… EVERYONE IS OFFERING YOUR TEQULIA! LOL Someone even offered us some… puff, puff, puff, LOL!
To sum it up. I love cruising now and it will be my go-to vacation.
